The Husqvarna Automower® 305E NERA is a wire-free robotic lawn mower for lawns up to 900 m², with EdgeCut technology that trims lawn edges and cuts down on manual strimming. Satellite navigation manages several independent mowing zones, with selectable mowing patterns (stripes, checkerboard, triangles) and slopes of up to 30%.

The working area is learned by satellite during setup, by guiding the mower once around the desired perimeter, with no boundary wire to bury. This model has no camera, so obstacles such as trees or flower beds need to be marked as exclusion zones in the app beforehand, rather than avoided on the fly. At the edges, a fixed pattern repeats the same path for a crisp finish, or a variable pattern alternates passes to avoid wear marks.

Setup needs Wi-Fi coverage across the lawn (or the optional Husqvarna EPOS® RS1 reference station) and runs through the Automower® Connect app, with 4G and Bluetooth connectivity for remote tracking. Its 18V 2Ah lithium-ion battery recharges in 40 minutes and drives a 221 mm cutting width, adjustable from 20 to 56 mm.
