Mammotion : the complete range explained
LUBA or YUKA? AWD or standard? 2024 or 2025? This guide helps you understand the model families and pick the right robot for your garden.
Mammotion in 30 seconds
Mammotion is a Chinese brand founded in 2021, exclusively focused on wire-free robot mowers. All their models work without a buried perimeter wire, using GPS RTK positioning, 360° LiDAR and dual-camera AI vision. The range splits into two main families: LUBA for sloped gardens (all-wheel drive AWD up to 80%), and YUKA for flat or gently sloping lawns (up to 45%).
The LUBA is Mammotion's all-terrain robot. Its 4-wheel drive (AWD) lets it climb slopes up to 80% (38.6°) — twice the capability of standard competitors. Available from 1,500 to 10,000 m².
The YUKA is Mammotion's smart, lightweight robot. At only 10–11 kg (vs 17–19 kg for the LUBA), it's more agile and quiet. Its slope limit is 45%, which suits the vast majority of gardens.

LUBA 3 AWD — 2025
2025 generationMammotion's flagship model for 2025. Third-generation sensors, improved battery life and a redesigned app make this the no-compromise choice for large areas and challenging terrain. Its only downside: a premium price, fully justified by the onboard technology.
LUBA 2 AWD X — 2024
2024 generationThe best value in the LUBA range. It retains all-wheel drive and RTK positioning at a price often 20–30% below the LUBA 3. Ideal for sloped gardens up to 5,000 m². A few advanced app features missing, but nothing deal-breaking.
LUBA mini AWD
Compact AWDThe only compact robot on the market with genuine all-wheel drive AWD. Perfect for gardens of 1,500–3,000 m² with significant slopes that standard robots simply cannot handle.
