Kress Kress RTKⁿ 8,000 m² robotic lawn mower with OAS (Obstacle Avoidance System)

The Kress EyePilot RTKⁿ KR230E targets large properties up to 8000 m², weighing 14.4 kg with a 22 cm cutting width and a 30-60 mm adjustable height. Maximum slope 40%, measured sound level 65.71 dB(A).

With no boundary wire, the robot marks its mowing area through a virtual RTKⁿ fence set up in the app: an onboard RTK antenna detects when the mower approaches this limit and changes direction accordingly. Unlike the camera-equipped EyePilot range, this model has no visual obstacle detection — on contact with an object, it simply reverses and picks a new path. RTKⁿ position correction is delivered over the air via the Kress app (built-in 4G), with automatic garden mapping.

A rain sensor sends the mower back to base in wet weather, and its 18V lithium-ion battery recharges in about 75 minutes. A robotic lawn mower built for large properties that prioritise positioning precision over fine visual obstacle detection.
