The GOAT O800 RTK handles lawns up to 800 m², using an RTK reference beacon for positioning alongside an LiDAR-based ToF sensor for obstacle avoidance (3-4 m range) and an AI camera for scene recognition. Cutting width of 22 cm, climbs slopes up to 45%, at 10.7 kg with battery, 61 dB(A) measured.

Setup skips the boundary wire entirely: one remote-controlled walk around the lawn, or a boundary sketched in the app, builds the map, with the option to mark fixed sections such as fences or flat borders. Fixed obstacles — beds, a trampoline, exposed roots or cables, slopes past 45% — are fenced off as no-go zones, and the onboard LiDAR catches anything unplanned mid-mow. A dedicated edge-cutting pass then follows every zone boundary after the main mow for a tidy finish along the edges.
