The FREELEXO CAM 500 by Einhell mows lawns up to 500 m² without any boundary wire, thanks to a built-in camera that identifies lawn edges by colour and structure, backed by ultrasonic sensors for physical obstacles taller than 10 cm. Weight: 8.75 kg, sound level: 57 dB(A).

With no wire to install, the onboard camera paired with the GNSS module scans the area ahead in real time to tell the lawn apart from a boundary or an obstacle, changing direction in either case while memorising its position to map the area. Distance sensors also spot obstacles along the way and stop the mower before it sets off elsewhere. A magnetic strip laid on the ground excludes a specific spot, such as a flower bed, by stopping the mower as it approaches.

A 5 m magnetic tape included in the box acts as a temporary virtual barrier to mark off no-mow zones, for example around a freshly planted tree or a flower meadow. Control runs directly from the LED display and built-in keypad. Protected by a PIN code and warning signal, fitted with a rain sensor, this Einhell robotic lawn mower offers a cutting height of 20 to 60 mm for a maximum slope of 25%. This wire-free navigation makes installation noticeably simpler compared to the range's wired models.
